Volunteer
Rotaract is a funny name, but the heart of the club is really in the definition of Rotaract. It means "Rotary in action." As young professionals we are more able to give back to our community through our actions, rather than through our donations. Click below to find out more information on our upcoming events.
Fundraise
Rotaract's biggest contribution throughout the year is our annual fundraiser, which is held each fall. The net proceeds from the event go toward the local and international charity Rotaract is sponsoring that year, as well as Rotaract's own philanthropic initiatives. Rotaract Goals
Rotaract is an international club, sponsored by Rotary International, whose goals are as follows:
To develop professional and leadership skills;
To emphasize respect for the rights of others and to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations;
To provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and concerns of the community and our world;
To provide opportunities for working in cooperation with sponsor Rotary clubs;
To motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.
